Three people, including two children, were killed in a Ukrainian drone attack in the western Russian region of Kursk, Governor Roman Starovoyt has said on his Telegram channel. Starovoyt said that a drone dropped an explosive device on a car in which the civilians were travelling in the village of Apanasovka, a few kilometres from the Ukrainian border.
