German arms company Rheinmetall and US company ICEYE said they are expanding their cooperation, in a statement on Wednesday. Rheinmetall will integrate ICEYE capabilities into their next generation battlefield systems. ICEYE owns the world’s largest synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite constellation.
