The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, has arrested three suspected cattle rustlers in Malam Madori Local Government Area of Jigawa State. The Ag Public Relations Officer of the NSCDC Command, ASC Badruddeen Tijjani, confirmed the arrest to newsmen in Dutse on Wednesday.
