Police in Gloucester County are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 19-year-old man. Saiph Joyner was last seen leaving his residence in the Mickleton section of East Greenwich Township on Thursday, according to township police. At the time, he was driving a white Acura sedan with New Jersey license plate T38RUG, police said. Joyner is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 to 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
