A Bronx man was arrested Friday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a teen in Bergen County, authorities said. Jorge Sanchez, 38, was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said in a release. The office was made aware of the alleged sexual assault on April 30 by the New Jersey Division of Child Protection & Permanency and an investigation was launched, officials said.
