Two Iranians have been detained in Cyprus and are set to be deported on suspicions that they were planning to attack Israeli citizens, government officials in Nicosia told dpa on Sunday. The authorities were not aware of a specific target for the attack, and were alerted to a possible threat by Western intelligence services, the officials said.
