Everton are set to welcome a new wave of minority shareholders while Dan Friedkin works on finalising his full takeover of the club. Friedkin is currently engaged in exclusive talks with current owner Farhad Moshiri, and the Premier League are expected to ratify the deal once the finer points are ironed out. British-Iranian businessman Moshiri currently owns 94.1 per cent of Everton having first invested back in 2016.
