Switzerland is planning a high-level international peace conference on Ukraine in June, but Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis said in Bern on Wednesday that Russia would not be taking part. The meeting is expected to take place on June 15 and 16 at a luxury hotel overlooking Lake Lucerne.
