Tottenham Hotspur will not look to compete with rivals Arsenal if they pursue their interest in one transfer target this summer. It seems both Ange Postecoglou and Mikel Arteta will be in a strong position to pursue their top targets during the off-season. Both should be in Europe’s top competition, with Arsenal still having a credible chance of winning the Champions League. And in Spurs’ case, it seems pretty impossible that they will fail to finish fourth or fifth, which should both reward a Champions League spot.
