A stalker who fitted an electronic tracker to his victim’s car has been sentenced. Robert Tonkin appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 31. The 34-year-old, of Castle Lane, Donnington, admitted stalking Cassandra Abraham in Compton between Monday, January 1, and Sunday, May 26.
