Footpaths and byways in West Berkshire are to get a bit of financial love in the council’s outlined spending plans for next year. Around £42k is to be spent upgrading the Lambourn byways to improve drainage and make the surface suitable for all users. Winterbourne’s get a £34k spend, and footpaths in Ashmore Green and Kintbury get £11,800 and £13,650 respectively. Beedon gets £9,500 of works.
