Neighbours living near a derelict block of flats are calling for it to be demolished as soon as possible as questions continue over the future of the space. Residents of Leonard Avenue, in Swanscombe, want to see the boarded-up building flattened and grassed over to make a “nice area” for the community – and they don’t want any more flats built.
