A 19-year-old pulled over by police for speeding had cannabis in the boot of his car and was also drug-driving. Harley English, of Mill Lane in Walpole Highway, appeared at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted to driving above the specified drug limit and having a quantity of a Class B drug in his possession.
