A new cafe, bar and restaurant opens in Ramsgate today – sat at the foot of one of the town’s swankiest new developments. Loungers – the company behind the Lounge and Cosy Club brands – will open up a site on the promenade as part of the Royal Sands development. The Perico Lounge, as it will be known, is creating around 30 jobs. It joins a rapidly increasing line-up of outlets by the company in Kent.
