A German appeals court will consider railway Deutsche Bahn’s effort to block an ongoing strike by train drivers in a hearing at midday on Tuesday. A lower court in Frankfurt earlier rejected the state-owned railway’s lawsuit to halt the ongoing strike, which has halted a majority of passenger and freight rail traffic across the country.
