Runners, riders and spectators turned up to enjoy an Easter fun day race in Fakenham. Active Fakenham’s Easter Sunday Funday races saw nearly 500 people turn out despite the rain in the town centre, with ages ranging from under two years old to over eighty. Three official British Cycling circuit races continued despite the wet conditions through the afternoon. The organiser of the event from Active Fakenham, Richard Crook, said: “We had record numbers for the runs, which were good-natured, inclusive and fun. “We had a 5K race, a 1K fun run and a Toddle’n’Trike for the under five-year-olds.” Th…
