Over 6,000 Zipline kits have had to be recalled after multiple reports of injuries. Amazon has announced the recall of Zipline kits made by Jugader following reported incidents where the cable broke while in use. Multiple falls and injuries were highlighted, according to a notice posted Thursday by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The recall lists 6,600 Jugader Zipline Kits that contain a 160-foot long and 4mm thick stainless steel cable wire, a blue trolley, and a hanging plastic seat.
