The European Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee on Monday voted by a large majority in favour of a lawsuit against the European Commission over the controversial release of EU funding for Hungary. Sixteen members voted in favour of the lawsuit on Monday evening, according to information available to dpa. One member voted against and there were no abstentions.
