Concerns over a man’s welfare have been made as traffic has formed on one side of a major crossing. Motorists are being held on the Dartford Bridge clockwise as Essex Police are dealing with the incident. Vehicles have been unable to move since 6am today (March 12). The bridge has been closed and queues are forming from J31 A1306 Lakeside to J1A A206 Dartford. Traffic has also built up for two miles before J30 A13 Lakeside, and there are A13 queues London-bound from the Tilbury Docks junction.
