German engineering giant Siemens said on Thursday it had completed the acquisition of Dutch charger maker Heliox. Heliox is known for its fast charging stations for electric vehicles, charger monitoring and energy management services. Siemens acquired it from private equity firm Waterland. The financial terms of the deal are not known. The acquisition agreement, which was initially signed in August 2023, will help Siemens to reach markets in Europe and North America. Heliox has a workforce of around 330 people.
