A school bus driver in Gloucester County is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, plus DUI, driving without a commercial license and other moving violations after being pulled over on Friday with 23 elementary students on board, police and her district said. A statement posted on the Clayton Police Department Facebook page identified the bus driver as Suzanne Stoms, 48, of Williamstown, N.J., who works for the Clayton Public School District.
