Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh) [India], November 12 (ANI): Devotees observed fasts and performed puja rituals at Balua Ghat in Prayagraj to commemorate the ceremonial marriage of Lord Vishnu and Vrinda, in the form of ‘Shaligram and Tulsi’ on Tuesday morning.
