Only days after violent clashes between pro-Palestinian demonstrators and Israeli fans in Amsterdam, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has relocated Maccabi Tel Aviv’s next away match in the Europa League to Hungary. The Israeli team was to play the Turkish club Beşiktaş in Istanbul, but Turkish authorities decided not to hold the event in Turkey, according to a UEFA statement released on Monday.
