The chief executive of a company with a revenue of around €3.5 billion is to become a Bishop’s Stortford legal firm’s new non-executive chair. Nicola Downing, who works for digital services firm Ricoh Europe, will join London Road-based Tees Law in October to become chair of the Trust Tees Ltd board. She replaces Catherine Spitzer, who has been in the role for two years, and will continue in her position with Ricoh.
