A fugitive wanted for robbing a Woodbridge restaurant at gunpoint and tying up three people inside 15 years ago was arrested Tuesday in California, investigators said. Kofi Edwards, 51, and others who were not identified, went into the unnamed restaurant on March 17, 2009, and robbed the establishment, according to a statement from the FBI. Edwards was charged with Hobbs Act armed robbery and use of a firearm on Aug. 6, 2012 and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest, authorities said.
