The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has dismissed claims that Dr Dennis Otuaro, the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, is not a member of the party in the state. A body known as Delta State APC Transparency and Advocacy Group had alleged that Otuaro, who was in March appointed by President Bola Tinubu as Administrator of the PAP, is not a member of the APC.
