The police arraigned a 31-year-old man, Ibrahim Hammed, before an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court on Monday over alleged assault and threatening violence. The defendant, of no fixed address, is facing a two-count charge of assault and threatening violence. The prosecutor, Insp.
