Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest nonprofit health system, is entering the Pennsylvania health care market with a reputation for providing better and cheaper care. Geisinger Health, the leading health care provider in the north-central part of the state, is poised to become the first member of a new nonprofit corporation formed by Kaiser.
