It was a weeknight, but I decided to go a little fancy. By which I mean that my wife had defrosted some shrimp. Ordinarily, I prefer fresh to frozen or canned. I have no meat in my freezer, except shrimp and the occasional scallop, and they aren’t meat. Also, shrimp and scallops happen to freeze particularly well.
