Bosses of a newly-opened jazz bar say its blues-themed presence will make a town’s nightlife come alive. The Grapevine has opened its doors in Tenterden more than two months after plans were first announced. The champagne and jazz bar replaces the former Savannah Coffee Shop in the town centre which called it a day after 14 years at The Cellars premises. However, The Grapevine has now announced itself to towners with its chic music scene. Featuring an art nouveau interior style and signature red lightning as part of an £80k revamp, owner Oliver Kinsley insists the site is now “unrecognisable”….
