Japanese carmaker Suzuki marked the production of its 4 millionth vehicle, a Vitara GLX, at its plant in Esztergom, northern Hungary. Magyar Suzuki has turned out seven models since production started in Esztergom in 1992. The company shifted to the series production of hybrid vehicles in December 2019 and the plant turns out Vitara and S-Cross models, exporting them to 123 countries around the world.
