Cyprian Sarrazin was flawless as he claimed victory in a World Cup super-g at the famous Swiss venue of Wengen which was overshadowed by a heavy crash of his French team-mate Alexis Pinturault. Pinturault, who became a father six days ago, lost control on a jump on the treacherous Lauberhorn course and fell heavily.
