The first Honor phone with a foldable flip display, the Magic V Flip, debuts on June 13 in China. Although the device’s configurations and color options were officially confirmed, there was no specific information about the chipset it runs on. Now, the Magic V Flip has appeared on the benchmarking platform Geekbench to reveal its chipset and some other details.

Rumors surrounding the Magic V Flip have revealed that its model number is LRA-AN00. This device was spotted at a 3C certification earlier this month. This showed that the device might come with 66W fast charging support.

Magic V Flip smartphone appeared in Geekbench with Qualcomm SM8475 chipset. The chipset model number and processor configuration mentioned in the listing are a good hint that the Magic V Flip is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

The Geekbench listing also shows that the Magic V Flip has 12 GB of RAM and runs Android. The company had previously confirmed that the 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants of the device will be equipped with 12GB of RAM. Magic V Flip scored 1732 and 4431 points in single-core and multi-core tests.

Magic V Flip may be equipped with a 4800 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. It is assumed that the massive display of the device under the lid will have a diagonal of about 4 inches. In addition, it is reported that the internal folding screen of the device can support a resolution of 1.5K. For photography, there is a dual camera setup led by a 50-megapixel camera with OIS support. It will be available in three colors: black toffee, champagne pink, and camellia white.
