President Joe Biden told a group of supporters on Saturday that Donald Trump is “clearly unhinged” since he “snapped” following his defeat in 2020. He reportedly made the comment during a private fundraiser outside of Seattle. “When he lost in 2020, something snapped in him,” Biden said ,according to reporters in the room.
