PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A 27-year-old man died after crashing into a retention pond Sunday, despite life-saving measures from first responders. On Sunday at approximately 4:08 p.m., Deputies assigned to the Major Accident Investigation Team responded to 102nd Avenue and Botanica Drive in Seminole to investigate a fatal single-vehicle crash.
