A grammar school has reopened after a flood inside its building forced it to close. Wilmington Grammar School for Girls (WGSG), in Parsons Lane, Dartford, sent last-minute messages to parents warning their children not to attend school on Friday (March 8). A statement on its website said it had closed “due to a flood in school”. Parents were alerted as pupils headed to bus stops at around 7.45am warning them of the incident.
