Federal authorities have arrested a man who was communicating with an undercover agent about having a PSE&G facility in New Jersey blown up. Andrew Takhistov, 18, of East Brunswick, has been charged with soliciting another individual to engage in criminal conduct. He was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport on Wednesday and later appeared in Newark federal court, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said in a news release.
