Plans to build a 1,300-home village in the countryside will be debated at a parish council meeting with residents asked to attend to give their views. The East Malling Trust has submitted an outline planning application to Tonbridge and Malling council to cover 80 hectares of agricultural land between Kilnbarn Road and Hermitage Lane in Ditton.
