Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met in Doha on Tuesday with the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, and the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, Ziyad Al-Nakhalah.
