A tough 5-5 draw against Keyworth United in the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies Division One competition saw Newark Town have to show resilience to walk away with a competition point against tough opponents. Seventh placed Keyworth hosted the Blue Army and charged back into the game in the second-half after being down 2-1 at the break.
