The outgoing Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki in the exercise of his prerogative of mercy has granted pardons to 10 inmates with less than one year to serve their terms in correctional centres in the State. DAILY POST reports that the Chairman of the Edo State Advisory Council on the Prerogative of Mercy, Justice P.O Isibor (rtd) disclosed on Monday in Benin City.
