Anambra State Judiciary has begun investigation into allegations of bribery against a magistrate in the state by a lawyer. A lawyer, whose client was allegedly denied bail for refusing to pay N20,000 bribe, made the disclosure in a video that has gone viral on social media. Investigation by DAILY POST showed that the incident happened at Magistrate Court 3 in Amawbia, and not Awka as alleged by the lawyer in the video, but attempts to trace the lawyer have, however, not been successful.
