Redmi is working on the Redmi Note 14 and Redmi K80 series of smartphones for the Chinese market. Recently, it was reported that the Redmi Turbo 4 with the model number 2412DRT0AC was spotted in the IMEI database. It is assumed that the same phone may enter the global market under the Poco F7 brand. The global version of the device has the model number 2412DPC0AG, while the Indian variant has the model number 2412DPC0AI.
While the “2412” numbers hint at a December launch, it’s likely that the Turbo 4 could launch in Q2 2025. In other markets, the Poco F7 is expected a few weeks after the Turbo 4 launch.
Reliable resource Experience More has revealed that the Redmi Turbo 4 display will continue to feature a 1.5K flat panel display. In addition, the device will be equipped with a plastic frame. The Poco F7, being a rebranded model, is also expected to have the same specifications. Thus, it looks like the Redmi Turbo 4 / Poco F7 won’t have any significant changes in areas like display and build compared to its predecessors.
There is no information about the chipset that Redmi Turbo 4 / Poco F7 are running on. It remains to be seen if these devices will be equipped with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, as the previous generation has Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 on board.
The leaker also mentioned that the Redmi Turbo 4 will have an extra-large battery. However, he did not mention the exact size of the battery.
