(The Center Square) – Spokane hosted its first community roundtable over the city council’s deferred ordinances regarding homelessness without mentioning the shelved measures. Council President Betsy Wilkerson and Councilmember Zack Zappone ran dozens of community stakeholders through the Tuesday meeting.
