A school’s pupils were treated to an exciting PE lesson as an Olympian and Paralympian paid a visit. Sutton on Trent Primary and Nursery School was recently visited by Mansfield-born Paralympian swimmer Ollie Hynd, and Winter Olympian and sprinter Joel Fearon. Ollie has won three Paralympic games gold medals, and Joel’s four-man bobsleigh crew has a bronze medal from the Sochi Winter Olympics. The pair’s visit to the school was organised through Athletes in Schools, which aims to inspire the next generation of champions.
