Speeding motorists are among the latest offenders to be brought before Magistrates. Kristian Putman, 28, of Stafford Avenue, Newark, drove a Yamaha at 50mph in a 40mph limit. He changed his previous not guilty plea to guilty during an appearance at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on August 1. The offence took place on May 2, 2023, when Putman drove on the A15 Bourges Boulevard, Peterborough. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £125. Three points were added to his licence.
