A frustrated resident with severe breathing difficulties feels like the authorities ‘want him dead’ over their failure to act on fumes near his home. Michael Fletcher, a resident of Boundary Road in Newark, has complained to both Nottinghamshire County Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council and feels he is being forced to breathe excessive levels of polluted air from vehicles.
