A drug dealer who admitted having drugs when stopped by neighbourhood officers in Cambridge has been jailed. Rolan Beqa was spotted by neighbourhood officers as he entered a park on Hobart Road just after 8pm on 22 May. They watched him return to his black Nissan Qashqai a few moments later and spoke to him. The 31-year-old, from Duke Street, Northampton, could not account for why he went into the park and then gave the officers a false name and address.
