An award-winning restaurant and bar will not be re-opening after being replaced by another Turkish restaurant. Galata Mezze has left Sittingbourne town centre with Ocakbsi of Kent Sittingbourne stepping into the premises at 3-9 Station Street. The Turkish restaurant is known in Kent for its branch in Canterbury High Street. Customers have been told the eatery will open tomorrow (Friday, January 12).
