A council is to prioritise work on a poorly-maintained hedge along a busy footpath. The ownership of the hedge adjacent to the footpath along Minster Field, Southwell, had for some time been contested as being either the Minster’s or Nottinghamshire County Council’s, described as a ‘grey area’.
